I wasn't intending to create any sort of follow-up post on SG-1, but there's some bad news for Stargate fans: the series (maybe) cancelled! Bad move, SCI FI! There are rumors (hints in episode 200) that a feature-film is in the works. And, the program runs in 119 countries other than the US, so continuation via another network (? STAR ?) is possible.An official announcement with additional details on the future of Stargate is expected this week. SG-1 airs Fridays at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific on SCI FI Channel in the United States.
