Jesus Saves The Day (Again)

I'm not picking on Jesus. I'm just sick and tired of people carrying out despicable acts and then getting that "saved' card from J.C. I think such people are desperate, not serious.

ALBANY -- A 385-pound man who raped and impregnated a blind, mentally retarded, quadriplegic woman last year was sentenced Friday to 18 years in prison, but not before he asked the judge if his mother could adopt the baby...The bespectacled Richard also giving the woman a sexually transmitted disease, saying, "I don't know how that happened." [Wow, what an original line...]...Richard told the court he was sorry, deserves to go to prison and "will make sure this never ever happens again."

He referred to Jesus as his "personal savior" and said, "I ask the Lord for forgiveness."

That's it! Lock him up and give me the key.

Somebody in a forum wrote that dead wrestler Chris Benoit got his drugs from Signature Pharmacy. could there be a link with Claire Godfrey? She's back in the papers...

...new charges were handed up by a grand jury that heard testimony Friday from several witnesses, including a well-known Florida obstetrician, Dr. Claire D. Godfrey, who pleaded guilty in July...Among Godfrey's clients, according to law enforcement sources, were two pro wrestlers affiliated with World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., as well as Victor Martinez, 33, a top professional bodybuilder who won the Arnold Classic bodybuilding competition in Ohio in March.

Godfrey hasn't once tried to invoke Jesus, as far as I know.
