- Down for the count? Police were called to Britney Spears' home in a custodial dispute that lasted for nearly three hours before the intoxicated singer reportedly turned over her children to ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Officers were called to the Los Angeles home at about 8pm, and the 26-year-old singer turned over the children around 10:50pm, said police spokesman Officer Jason Lee.
Aerial footage from local TV showed the ex-pop tart being lifted into an ambulance on a trolley. It was unclear where she was being taken.

- From ex-pop tart to ex-front runner to ex-beauty queen: The Sun (UK) reports that Kumari Fulbright, 25, who is half way through her second year in law school, faces prison if she is convicted of kidnapping, armed robbery, aggravated robbery and two counts of aggravated assault. Fulbright, who competed for the Miss Arizona title in 2005 and 2006, also posed wearing a black bikini in a 2008 calendar that features women holding guns. Fulbright is accused of holding and torturing her 24-year-old ex-boyfriend in early December with the help of three other men, including another man she had previously dated.
