The Fort Worth Star Telegram is being blocked from computers at the local hospital after a multi-part series about the hospital.

The New York Civil Liberties Union has targeted the city of Troy. It started with a video game that was banned from RPI, only to be picked up by a local artists venue. But the NYCLU says a city official silenced the artist's right to free speech and its claim may go from City Hall to a city courtroom, even as it is vehemently disputed. Capital News 9 reports.
