We Have Seen The Enemy And It Is Us

Us Magazine may cease to exist! The weekly is on the receiving end of a reader boycott. Why? Non-objective journalism! In these troubled economic times, losing ten-thousand or so subcribers could be the nails in the coffin for this little publication! Michelle Malkin posts about the rag's plea to alienated readers.

But the Conservative fuss about Us could be a moot point: Asia Times Online has posted "How Obama lost the election." Hmm! Now there's an article you want to bookmark, print or save and have a look at AFTER the November election, whichever side you're on!

Some have accused Us of taking money from the Obama campaign, but I highly doubt that. I do agree with one idea put forth: that, unless they're coming out with a printed endorsement of one particular candidate, they shouldn't glorify one and smear the other. OR if they are NOT a valid avenue of journalistic endeavour, they should mark the front of the magazine, preferably right on their logo with the phrase "For Entertainment Purposes Only. Us Magazine is not a legitimate Source of News."
