Who says you can't make money blogging?

There are a lot of bloggers out there who are hoping to turn that little weblog into a cash cow. Much easier said than done, but one can always try! I make a few coins off Google Ads, Amazon and my cellular service, but I'm less than a minnow compared to some of the bigger fishes out there - but then again I'm not blogging to make money - YOU can't hurt anything by trying:

PaidContent is reporting that a WP blog by the name of Bankaholic has just been acquired by BankRate For Up To $15 Million. … ...more from ProBlogger

Here'a a caveat from " Max Davis as Make Money Online" -
Making money online CAN be easy once you know what you are doing, but don’t let anyone fool you into thinking all you have to do is push a couple buttons and then it’s off to the beach to live a life of luxury.

That is physically impossible.

Anyone who tells you that you can start a business with:

a) no money

b) little effort

c) just a couple hours per month

is flat out lying!
Max has posted a great article about helping offline businesses with their online marketing - the most important thing is the MONEY factor - read Max's entire article, and you'll get the picture...

  1. We need to apologize to all the bloggers who have been patiently waiting for their blogs to be approved. We are a little behind due to the overwhelming number of blogs being submitted for approval.

COMMENTING FEES
Per comment rate: $2
Payable by either clicking the BitCoin "tip me" button or the PayPal "donate" button in the sidebar.

WAIT, WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO COMMENT?
Because, like the fine publication Tablet, whom I borrowed this concept from, I too am committed to bringing you the best, smartest, most enlightening and entertaining reporting and writing I'm able to provide, all free of charge. I take pride in my loyal readership, and I'm thrilled that you choose to engage with me in a way that is both thoughtful and thought-provoking. But the Internet, for all of its wonders, poses challenges to civilized and constructive discussion, allowing vocal—and, often, anonymous—minorities to drag it down with invective (and worse).

I'm asking people who'd like to post comments on my blog to pay a nominal fee—less a paywall than a gesture of your own commitment to the cause of great conversation. All proceeds go to helping me bring you the provocative and/or entertaining articles that brought you here in the first place.

I NEED TO BE HEARD! BUT I DONT WANT TO PAY.
Readers can still interact with me FREE of charge via Facebook comments and Google+ comments! You can also reach me via Twitter @davelucas

I hope this new largely symbolic measure will help create a more pleasant and cultivated environment for all! Those of you who choose to contribute, thanks for your support.
