Calling All Poets!

A Poetry Slam, will be held at Mission Bar and Tapas, at 438 North Street in Pittsfield, MA, on Tuesday March 10th, beginning at 8pm. This event will be co-sponsored by The Berkshire Writer's Room. Come as a participant or come to listen!

All poets must be at least 21 years of age (with ID), for this event, and be prepared to perform up to 3 pieces of original work.

- 5 judges will be picked from the audience. Judging will be on both the quality of the poem and performance.

The winning poet will receive a $20 gift certificate from Mission, and the honor of being the featured poet and host of the next Slam, to be held the following month.

Time permitting, an open mic will be held after the event.
