McFraud: They Want My "oppinion"...and a Little More

Well, well, look what showed up in my email, looking very authentic, but a cleverly disguised phishing expedition!

Take the survey, and then load it up with a bunch of fake information. Make up a bank name, like First Bank of Toilet City, and fill in all bogus details.

Dear McDonald's Customer,

We are planning big changes for 2009 at McDonald's US chain of restaurants and because your oppinion is very important to us, we invite you to take a short Customer Satisfaction Survey that will help us improve the quality of our food and services.

We know your time is valuable, so we will give you a $50 bonus just for taking our quick 7 question survey. The entire process will take no more than 5 minutes.

Terms and conditions apply. Click here to take the survey.

You can participate in this survey only once.

Visit our Privacy Policy and User Agreement if you have any questions.
