Bailey Walk Today In Albany

A memorial walk for slain UAlbany student "Bailey" kicks off at 11am from Washington Park. Mayor Jerry Jennings will be there. Richard Bailey was gunned down several months ago as he walked home from a friend's house one evening on South Lake Avenue. The shooter, id'd by passersby as a young black male on a bicycle, has never been caught. He shot Bailey once, in the back of the head. If you' re in the vicinity this morning, come to the walk.
