Lama Love

A touching moment during the Dalai Lama's Wednesday visit to Albany, when His Holiness literally reached out to Ken Screven, hugging the veteran WRGB TV reporter. Good karma for Ken, one of the few old-school "trenchcoat" reporters. Most TV news outlets these days don't have the caliber reporters who can actually ferret out, write up and report a story without that story having first appeared in a newspaper. Follow the Dalai Lama's example. Here is your challenge: whenever you see Ken on CBS6, either hug a nearby someone or think of a person you would love to hug at that moment. The good thought vibrations will radiate out across the universe.
