Why is it always Monday again?

Why do we count the days of our lives by anchoring them to weekends? Philosophical musing aside, this blogger accomplished everything on his 'to-do' list, and more. As usual, local weather was great, offering a taste of summer on Saturday and autumn-like temps Sunday. Although I regularly post about weekends and Mondays, I do that more for you than for me. For years I've been leading a kind of "dual life" - the Albany part runs from Monday thru Friday afternoon - the NYC kicks in for the weekend. Come to think of it, in recent weeks I've spent far more time here than there. I'll have to see about changing that.
