Mortgage Rates Rising
Sounding the alarm, ABC news noted over the weekend that mortgage rates are creeping back up, just as the price of gasoline is also creeping back up. With the total collapse of GM set for Monday, none of this bodes well for the economy, let alone the stock market. Tighten your belts: the ride is just beginning. The country almost crashed and nobody seems to have learned a single lesson. Actually, there are some of us who have and we're still learning. Perhaps OUR time is yet to come...
