New York Office of General Services will hold its At The Plaza Summer Concert Series kick off announcement at the Empire State Plaza Stage. The event will be highlighted by a lunchtime musical performance by local favorites, the Stray Dogs... Various vendors will be on hand providing lunchtime food and beverage selections.
