Analog TV Transmitter

I was thinking about my old VHS VCR's (I have three of them) and what I might do to enable them to record again. I could go out and buy a digital converter, but I also have a dual-band mobile phone that doesn't work (for calling or texting) in North America but DOES have MP3 (and is loaded with 400 songs) and a great camera as well as ANALOG TV + a nice feature which allows me to RECORD anything the TV picks up.

Right now in the Albany area there are just two analog signals: myTV4 on Channel 15 and a religious broadcaster up in the 50's. I found a way to transmit programming to my TVphone so that I can transfer movies and TV programs to it (for recording purposes) so I can watch later when I'm stuck waiting for something somewhere (like an airport or Doctor's office). No connections are needed to the TV receiver, which is great because there is no TV input on the mobile phone (It's an Anycool T830 like in the picture!)
