CDTA Has A New Driver

I've ridden busses ever since I can remember! I use Albany's mass-transit regularly so I'm writing as a RIDER not as a mere observer!

In the morning paper: Carm Basile takes over the CDTA at month's end. Maybe he can rescind some of the wacky changes the authority has made over the last few months. Example: since extending the Second Avenue bus route over Whitehall Rd., I haven't seen a single passenger on any Number 6 bus traveling either direction on Whitehall. And with the elimination of several stops The Number 9 Whitehall Rd. Busses are blowing by stops way ahead of schedule. Maybe Carm can do something about Central Avenue bus bunching as well.
