Does anybody really know what time it is?If you're running older versions of windows you got the "change to standard time" system change screen update this morning. [Here's how to FIX that!] But the time is NOT October 31st, the last Sunday in October. (Not in the U.S., anyway!) Some countries are switching to "winter time" but in North America, clocks roll back to standard time on NOVEMBER 7 at 0200 hours!
In addition, many fire departments across the nation encourage residents to change the batteries in their smoke detectors when they change their clocks.
