Wilmington NC - A Good Place to Settle Down!

Looking for Wilmington NC real estate? Read on...

Situated on the Atlantic Seaboard in the Southern United States, North Carolina borders South Carolina and Georgia to the south, Tennessee to the west and Virginia to the north. Raleigh is the capital of North Carolina, and its largest city is Charlotte. Between 2007 and 2008, North Carolina was the third-fastest growing state by population in the United States, and the fastest growing state east of the Mississippi River.

North Carolina enjoys a great business climate and is ranked as one of the top 3 leading States for Green Technology, Bio-Chemical Engineering, Medical Sciences, and Computer Engineering through the long-range research and development programs of Research Triangle Park (RTP), UNC Chapel Hill, and North Carolina State. No wonder more and more families and individuals are packing up and moving to NC!

The Wilmington area is particularly attractive to newcomers:

Purchasing a new home can be fun, and a bit challenging at the same time. If you are already familiar with North Carolina, you probably know that Wilmington NC homes rank among the best in the state. If you'll be moving to NC from another part of the country, In Wilmington offers a variety of activities for all age groups and interests.

Almost everyone enjoys touring the historic district, viewing the variety of architecture, unique shoppes and restaurants. There are also many museums including the WWII battleship North Carolina. The beautiful beaches are breathtaking. Many movies and TV shows are filmed in Wilmington. Fans can tour the Screen Gem Studios. The area is also home to a number of shopping malls. There are many properties available, and Wilmington NC real estate is priced to fit just about any budget.

COMMENTING CHARGES
Per comment rate: $2
Payable by either clicking the BitCoin "tip me" button or the PayPal "donate" button in the sidebar.

WAIT, WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY TO COMMENT?
Because, like the fine publication Tablet, whom I borrowed this concept from, I too am committed to bringing you the best, smartest, most enlightening and entertaining reporting and writing I'm able to provide, all free of charge. I take pride in my loyal readership, and I'm thrilled that you choose to engage with me in a way that is both thoughtful and thought-provoking. But the Internet, for all of its wonders, poses challenges to civilized and constructive discussion, allowing vocal—and, often, anonymous—minorities to drag it down with invective (and worse).

I'm asking people who'd like to post comments on my blog to pay a nominal fee—less a paywall than a gesture of your own commitment to the cause of great conversation. All proceeds go to helping me bring you the provocative and/or entertaining articles that brought you here in the first place.

I NEED TO BE HEARD! BUT I DONT WANT TO PAY.
Readers can still interact with me FREE of charge via Facebook comments and Google+ comments! You can also reach me via Twitter @davelucas

I hope this new largely symbolic measure will help create a more pleasant and cultivated environment for all! Those of you who choose to contribute, thanks for your support.
