Local radio legend retires from the airwaves. Somebody - either Uncle Don himself or the Albany BusinessReview "forgets" Don Weeks became a household name via WTRY.
Well, okay, there was a rather nebulous reference "worked in radio early in his career" --- but that's like leaving the early comedy albums off Bill Cosby's life story!

Back in the 1960's the 5-thousand watt AM 980 aka "Great 98" gave the big 50-thousand watt WPTR a really good run for the money, regularly beating the Boomer and company in the Arbiton ratings!
