RIP Old Man

(CHINA -November 25, 2011) an elderly man passed away in the waiting hall of the Shanxi Taiyuan train station. A monk who happened to be waiting for his train went forth, held the deceased’s hand, and proceeded to pray for him. I am once again struck by life’s impermanence!

The old man looks like he died very peacefully, probably died in his sleep. For one’s life to have this kind of painless end is fortunate.
Another one of those "there but for fortune go you or I" moments.
