Some time ago I posted my suggestion for President Barack Obama to re-take the White House in a landslide victory - via stimulus money for people to buy homes - give/grant anybody who needs one $20,000 for a down-payment - the only requirement will be that the monthly cost of the mortgage (including taxes) is just about equal to what the family has been paying out in rent for the last two or three years. very simple. It'll work, and this +Osama guarantees victory for Team Obama! YES WE CAN! YES WE WILL!
