*one snafu: sometimes when this number calls in there is a long long pause before you hear anything... a cause for concern on the part of many smartphone users

(1) It's a problem of some kind relating to paying to your bill. So check your records, make sure you haven't switched banks and failed to adjust your electronic payments (happens all the time!), and you'll be good to know,
(2) Your policy is nearing cancellation and you just received a robo call with option to pay immediately via phone.
