Puzzled by a tweet!

Would this be "twitter spam" of some sort?

The obvious, apparent intention here (it seems) is to generate some clicks... So as not to promote whatever is going on here, please be satisfied with my "picture presentation."

You go from the tweet above to a shortened URL that expands to this:

Which in turn takes you to another website/blog where you find this

So I left a comment (wonder if it will get posted)

You obviously haven't trained your spam filters properly. On top of that, I clicked on a URL in a tweet to get to another URL that got me here. That's a bit like Spam, isn't it?

But beyond that, why did I have to double-click to get to the subject of the tweet? If anybody has any theories, comments are-a-waitin' for ya!
