Is Facebook Becoming Irrelevant?

I think so. I do know a couple of diehard facebookers who would fight me tooth and nail on this: but I find twitter more relevant. FB can act as an extended play for material on twitter, but one must endure ads and suggestions and other crap that weren't part of the original package.
