Facebook is opening its first office in Israel after acquiring Israeli mobile tech startup Onavo, for which the Social Network paid out over $100 Million! Some sources say Onavo VP Susan Kuo, who is responsible for Onavo's worldwide sales and the company's business development, brokered the deal with facebook. Kuo is knee-deep in experience with sales and marketing, with a specialization in mobile, social media, gaming and e-commerce. Meanwhile, Shares of Facebook have dipped 1.5% this morning. Odd, because Facebook will surely avail itself of Onavo's mobile data compression technology. heck, that old Facebook Sim Card idea may even get a revival!
